Steve, this is magnificent. Exposure is perfect. 'Not good - perfect. Hair, face, eye highlights are masterfully done. Expression is evocative, emotional. Personal preference is a harder focus on the face/skin, but most prefer slightly soft.

Each of your 3 portraits is lovely, but this one seems the strongest & best executed. 'Likely the best photo this young lady has taken.

Bravo on your effort. Each is good.
