Bending Willow

you could have dramatized the scene David (I often dial back the tendency to pump up contrast), you could have contrasted them clouds easily and likewise the mirror lake and make the feeling here a little wild and less dreamy… But you chose a wonderfully lyrical vibe instead, more a poetic meditation than a landscape, and it works beautifully and soothing.

The bending Willow bowing to the sky remind me of some seniors I know, and why do I expect one of your friends to suddenly appear in the frame? Rain… where are you girl? Hans, Eli…

Thanks very much Carlos and Mario.  Pleased you like this "restrained" processing.  I have to fight my tendency to over dramatize skies - sometimes it's just too easy . . .
