I like the composition. You framed the arc perfectly. It expresses quite a bit of tension, and that part of the shot works well as an abstract: two crescent shapes on green background. Luckily you have two pedestrians walking across the dam to liven things a bit up. I'd say that couple makes a decent shot great. Well done!

Excellent idea, nicely done! The arch is perfectly inserted in the whole contest of shot,  The two are giving the necessary human presence to complit the composition! Great work!
