wojtek_rychlik 0 Posted October 13, 2003 Nothing here is shown as a whole. Only parts of something. Too much cropping or too high tele, in my opinion. A nice scenery though. Link to comment
juan garcia 0 Posted October 13, 2003 I like it a lot, especially the mist, the reflexions on the water, the shadows on the house, the colors, so peaceful, it's like a painting. Link to comment
chris_yuen 0 Posted October 13, 2003 Vivid colors among the trees, the house, and the water. The photo might also work if you had included the reflection from the water. Link to comment
hugh_sakols 0 Posted October 13, 2003 I wish I were there! beautiful photograph I like the mist on the water and reflection. Link to comment
enrique_romero1 0 Posted October 14, 2003 your shot perfectly reflects the peacefulness of that place. Great! Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted October 14, 2003 The house is cuted out but it works even though. The composition is based on the colored mass. very successful. Link to comment
margaret_s. 0 Posted October 14, 2003 The color of the trees is absolutely gorgeous. I might crop out the chimney but otherwise this is great. I'm a sucker for reflections, so that's something I wish I could see more of.. but it's still beautiful as is :-) Link to comment
intransit 0 Posted October 14, 2003 This reminds me of a mill somewhere east of Fredricstadt... but clearly it is not. Never the less... it allows one to wonder of the generations that have viewed the golden creations... and now captured by you to share! Link to comment
WJT 649 Posted October 15, 2003 Nina, many years ago, there was a wonderful artist by the name of Frans Van Lamsweerde. He worked for the Walt Disney Studios as an illustrator, creating truely beautiful fantasies on canvas. The resemblance in style between your ethereal photograph and Lamsweerde's paintings is uncanny. This is very well done! Regards. Link to comment

carol_watson 0 Posted October 16, 2003 All the elements of this picture work together in such beautiful harmony. Congrats on a gorgeous autumn shot! Link to comment
california-seascapes-photo 0 Posted October 16, 2003 Perfect exposure with nice lighting and a peaceful mood. I might like to see this a little wider or maybe just more water leading up to the house, other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Link to comment
jan_habal 0 Posted October 16, 2003 As Pablo Picasso did say, "Painter will paint sun as yellow dot. Artist will take yellow dot and make sun out of it!" I love this picture. Link to comment
casey_pullar 0 Posted October 16, 2003 This is worthy of a calander or postcard for sure. I would like to see the same picture taken from a bit further back to either incorperate the whole building, or more reflections just to compare. Great capture. Link to comment
terry_mccully 0 Posted October 16, 2003 Again.. Congrats on this wicked photo here.. Love the water and the lighting on the cool looking colorful trees... Great shooting here ! ! ! Link to comment
kymtman 1 Posted October 16, 2003 I would buy a copy of this one to decorate my living room. How much for a 20x30? Link to comment
