An eye catching portrait (sorry, couldn't resist).  Seriously, a beautiful young lady and a very unique makeup style that really catches the viewers attention.  It appears you are framing for the reflection, but it's almost lost in the shadows (on this monitor).  I think a crop just below the reflected thumb would work well, too.  Regardless, well done...
