film-flam_man 0 Posted October 13, 2003 Floris, 'Adam' is the perfect companion to 'Eve' (sorry, pun intended). I like the way you've enhanced the image- reminiscent of Ralph Steadman's drawings. Link to comment
kent_tolley2 0 Posted October 13, 2003 I like the pair and wonder if you're considering doing the serpent and the arch angel? Link to comment

atelier voor fotografie 0 Posted October 16, 2003 Like i explain above, it's done with photographic emulsion(Black Magic, Laborpartner, Hamburg/Germany)I put it on a wooden panel after i painted that. Of course the painting is based on the image i had in mind. I started with this because i like to work with non-realistic colours, i like the possibilities of big sizes and the structure of the paint. Not all negatives are useful. So i throw away a lot! And, the quality of the paint has to be top because of the chemicals. I can't stop anymore with this technique, i'm addicted. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted October 17, 2003 A good mix of painting and photography effect. I like how you get just the hint of the "real" image and the rest is like an abstract painting. Nice work again! Link to comment
bruhn1 0 Posted July 18, 2007 Love this one. The dimensional contrasts from 2D effects created by painted textures and 3D from photograph works great. /Andreas Link to comment
