This caught my eye right away - shoes as a pillow, I must remember that.

I can not tell if this man is homeless or just works bloody hard, he is filthy that is for sure. He certainly eats well with the stack of food at his chest. 

I do like the plastic bag peeking through the wall, as if to want to be in this shot as well. 

Homeless, I am pretty sure. This was the middle of the day, and he was snoozing on the sidewalk of a very busy city street (i.e., I don't think he was just "on break"!).
