Amy, I can understand that your first attention in this image is the limb. Indeed, a strange creature. Otherwise I haven't seen before so many cormorants together. There is someting mysterious with limb.

Marco great combination of nature photography here - unusually interesting form of tree trunk which cormorants have noticed too and seem to love it - as they are almost a part of it - one is sunbathing on the top of it - fine pic! br Hannu
