With the use of f/4.2 you managed to "trap" this lovely girl in a magical, colorful, dream like environment. The stem in the foreground adds depth to the whole image. It's exactly the kind of image that makes us happy and smiley.

Keep on shooting.

Ps. I do wish her wish to come true.

Michail and Mike - thanks for the nice comments. This is a composite of 2 images taken with the same lens - the tamron 90mm fairly wide open. This is not my specialty but thought the two images would combine to express my feelings.

Beautiful image of this beautiful little girl. I like the soft effect of the two images but the expression on her face is priceless. Is this your daughter?

Thanks. I am too old to have daughters but she is the first of two granddaughters and she heads to High School this September. There is much a grandpa could write but let's just say I am very proud of her. As I write, she is reading "the book of awesome".

I wish I was a drier prune that makes photos like Tony.  Such a sweet expression in front of Grand dad is priceless.  As always top class Maestro!

Your combination of images turned out so beautifully Tony. I know how much you love your granddaughters, and I have to say she really has grown up. This is one her parents should treasure as should you. Shauna's daughter Shaelyn goes to High School next week as well.  Difficult to think they are that age already. Lovely work on this one!

Bachir and Gail - thank you for your kinds but not before pruning (*_*) some of Bachir's comments. Just got back home after seeing the 'girls' and the weather is too nice to stay behind a computer at the moment.
