patagonia Tempest in Laguna Amarga - Torres del Paine N.P. - Patagonia (Chile)

There was a great tempest on Laguna Amarga, on the entrance to the Torres

del Paine National Park. The towers are under clouds but can be seen a little.

Exquisite!  Nature's drama captured beautifully.  Just goes to prove you don't need perfect light to make a truly great image. 

Fabulous perspective, composition and dramatic subject matter.  I adore places where one can see the snowcapped peaks with one's feet in the ocean.

"f/8 and be there" - never a truer phrase spoken...........

Just in case, this is not the ocean, it is a very small lake.
