No, no flash.  Some Photoshop hanky panky perhaps.  :-) I was practicing with my D5100 & 55-200mm kit lens to try to improve my auto focus 'sharp image' rate.  These guys are great for that.  I find that, within reason, the larger the subject is in the frame the better the results.  Small birds in flight are a real problem for me.  By the time I find them in the frame they're out of range.  Thanks for your thoughts.  Best, Len.
