Hi Barry. Some of the kids do have an almost crazy look. It more than likely comes from being mal-nourished.

This is, in my opinion, your best photo. It sticks out head and shoulders (pun intended) over the others; 6/5. Why is it grainy?

Hello Miles. A lot of people seem to like this. I'm happy enougth with it, but I don't see it as my best.

It's grainy because it's a grabbed shot. I had a 50mm lens on the camera at the time. This guy popped up at the window, I took a couple of steps over and fired the shutter three times, then hit the end of the roll. By the time I had the next one in he was gone. He pops up in one of my other shots from that day.

Oh the grain, it's backlit and I had to crop it, XP2 gets grainy in the shadows.

hi gareth this is a super shot grainy or not to me it does not matter you captured the moment and thats what you do so well....cheers for now.
