Yea, that's right an excellent use of light. Effective dramatic.

The gentleman on the right looks like Nicholas Cage.

It's funny how you can get away with unique lighting on men and not women. I like the fact that you used the sunglasses to stop the eye from trying to make eye contact with the subject since the lighting would have made that impossible. The poses that the guys are in also lends itself to the lighting, and the jackets unifies them so that you can tell that this is a natural group. Nice job.
