I love the way these guys make it a real "family" occasion by interacting with young and old alike, and your image sends out that kind of message, a real labour of love though as it must get unbearably hot in those costumes!

This guy knows how to work a crowd.  When the game slows & people seem to lose interest he starts into funny antics to restore enthusiasm. (for the home team of course)  This was taken in a covered stadium where the temperature is at least somewhat controlled.  When the dome is open on a bright & warm sunny day I imagine it really does get uncomfortably hot in the costume.  Even in a controlled environment it's likely no picnic in there as he gets quite active in entertaining the fans.  This shot is simply a supplement  to my 'real game' shots.  I mean, who doesn't like a mascot?
