I really like this composition and the b/w works well.  If I could be picky I think I would like this compo in color ;-).  Regardless, well done... Mike

Mike - you are welcome.  The attached shot here is to give you an idea of the terrain - the flat ice in the middle portion is only a few inches thick and I wanted to stay away from that. The attached shot was also a little bit of photo school for me. I took two shots - one at infinity at f13 and another one set to the distance appropriate to the very bottom of the frame. It proved to me that with this lens and at f13 you really need to use this technique to get end-to-end sharpness. If a big moment comes, i think i am ready.
