Here you managed to capture fascinating moment, with nice contrast between the bright stationery elements on left and the blurred blue vehicle framing another bright element. I say YES.

I like the movement of the blue car followed by the zebra stripes.

Nifty how we can see the parked car form the window of our subject ~

Timing....The white stripes carry a sense of urgency as much as the blurred blue truck cab and the white car it frames, hurdling forward.

That framed white car makes this shot. Perfectly timed.

Agree with Amy about the framed  glimpse of the white car being the fulcrum on which this composition rests! Nifty work.

Intersection.

Jack I a have been staring at this image for a couple of minutes. Like everyone else, also I am attracted to the white car framed by the blurred truck and driver. I started an exercise asking if the left half added something. I held up a piece of paper and blocked out the left side of my screen. Soon, like the image, I felt I needed room to breathe. Just some thoughts.
