I love this picture, the bird looks so concentrated. Might I suggest that you center the falcon to the left or right of the photo so that it shows the falcon looking out to something?

The nest (and I am sorry I mispelled it as 'the next') is to the right and it is ugly because these birds stole a string of christmas lights which are dangling in the wing and the bird is looking at them. I did not want to make this a humorous picture so I cropped the light. Thank you for your comment.
