Drying Towels

Stunning image, Jack. The composition is very elegant and pleasing to my eye. If we can talk about perfect composition then there is a sample.

Thank you Gunnar, I had to do nothing to the scene but press the shutter button. I took this about a year ago and just today got around to processing it. I was amazed that I had no correcting to do at all. The composition had arranged itself perfectly for me.

I'm liking the textural match between the wall and the towels. Another of those subtle details that you are so good at finding.

Jack, the subject of towels was also recently done by Su Dawen (http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=17985606).  It's interesting to compare the two shots, which are quite different.  In your shot, I like the overlapping planes of window curtains, towels, and wall.

Jack, A nice horizontal balance with lines and surfaces. The pegs are cheerful details.
