Olympic Forest

I like the "sleepy" feeling in this picture. I'd like to see more of the light and haze. Maybe aim a little higher (of the ground, I mean..) -marko

Took this one while hiking through the Olympic Forest.

 

Camera gear is heavy on a one-day hike, but I was amazed at how heavy

it felt by the 4th day of this hike. I was beginning to understand

that photography is not always an easy hobby if you want to get the

good shots.

i agree, aim higher, meaning get less of the black foreground into the frame. experiment with a crop maybe....great photo with the fog otherwise.

Great photo, specially the slightest of green on the leaves, through the fog.

I love the dreamlike feeling of this image. Was it sepia-tinted or was that the original colour in the woods?
