Abstract "Insect Wings" - (enlarge)

I chose from about 11 layers to decide on the ones I'd finally use to

compose the final Abstract. I have posted the Original Image. It does

not seem possible even to me. But when I came to the point where I

was content with the Composition, it reminded me of quickly,

fluttering, Insect wings. (and comments shared are always

appreciated, Gail :)

Gail this is quite remarkable, I can't conceive how the abstract came from this original image. There is no color similarity yet you have come away with an artistic abstract. I like the blur and contrasty colors. Well done.

Many thanks Holger.  While working with the layers, I did a Watercolour effect, and in one layer, changed the blending mode to 'difference' and it often changes the colours. I don't think I could explain it if I tried.  But I am happy you are enjoying this one!
