contrasty one in which I darkened the sky.

Thanks Mikhail. That which you presented and that inspired the final revision of this one, and which I inadvertently lost from Photo.Net, could well claim that comment. Your ability with conversion to B&W and then modification without artifacts, is superior to mine. That is the pleasure of photography, to learn from our fellow practitioners.
