A strong image, more than worthy of the POTD . . . Composition and pov are spot on, providing the viewer's eye with the means easily to travel toward the horizon.  The starburst effect is powerful, aided by the vivid colors.

We live in Indiana and have always wanted to go to this part of Michigan.  Now that I've seen this, even more so!  Wonderful colors and lines, and the starbursts give it a special boost.  Bravo!
