owenimages 0 Posted September 29, 2003 My main subjects are of nature and I hardly ever use slide film or film speeds lower than 400 because I want to stop any action possible. I also do not own any 2.8 lenses hence my need for a higher film speed. This is an awesome capture, not something I would have been able to do because of my use of higher film speeds. I really like it. Great affect! Link to comment
johan_jooste 0 Posted October 11, 2003 I photographed this male Blue Wildebeest running to show its dominance to younger bulls over the cows, with a slow shutter speed and using the panning technique to blur the background and to create a sense of movement in the photo. This was taken on a overcast day in Etosha National Park in Namibia. Link to comment
