Well for a firework picture, I think that's a good one.

The thinks that matter me are :

1. Too centered.

2. Large plarts are empty (top, left and right).

3. The bridge line is not horizontal so it seems not to be equilibrate.

4. We cannot see the right end of the bridge.

However, this picture is fine.

I like the photo but for some reason I keep wanting to turn the corner to see the whole scene. Sort of makes me uncomfortable, Could be the semetry.

Tilted horizons usually kill ratings. I guess you are supposed to catch things like that before you post an image.

The exposure is nice, as is the subject matter. The shot looks sharp, too. The main problems with it are 1) the camera wasn't level, 2) the trees on the left cut off a good portion of the scene and 3) you needed to use a longer focal length to fill the shot with more of the subject matter (or simply crop out the empty black areas.)

I agree with some of the my collegues. The vantage point is off. Also, not bad for a hand held picture, i do see a slight motion in the lights in the background. Also, you might use a tripod for shooting fireworks. Nice photo,-Michael Joseph Hoard

The last guy in only gets to say 'ditto to all above'. Better than average fireworks shot but I agree tighter cropping & different(more to right) vantage point required. P.S. Nice highlight on the bridge. Best, LM.
