I really like the shot but I find the two white borders really distracting - they take the attention away from photo. I think the problem is the heavier border, delete it and it should be fine.

Excellent panorama of a peaceful night on the shore. A minor suggestion, I guess it would be better, if dogs head didn't touch the wave. The border is fine.
