Father and Daughters

Strobe with umbrella reflector + additional white card reflector below subjects, for reflected light fill in eye sockets. Rolleiflex 2.8F Planar, Kodak Professional Tri-X 320TXP exposed at EI 200 and developed in HC-110B. Comments welcome.

Joyful and original; I'd like it more without the glare in his glasses and with the girls' positioning even more symmetric. Nice job!

The white reflected in the man's eyeglasses detracts from what is otherwise a really nice group portrait.

Great way to make fun out of a formal (bow tie and pearl necklace) shot. I think if the gentleman had turned his head slightly, you could have avoided the glare (though I think it is minimal). Nice capture.

Excellent posing. A few suggestions:

1. The print needs more snap. Perhaps a little bit more contrast to bring out the blacks.

2. As another poster mentioned, the glare should be reduced on the father's glasses.

3. Perhaps the father should be centered?Nonetheless, very well done.
