clean up the body

the rest of the series is in my folder "Death in the ER"

obviously the subject matter is powerful and the panoramic viewpoint gives it a visual interest. I can't help but think that there was an opportunity to get a bit more from the ER team's reaction (but maybe there wasn't any more, a whole other issue) than the pano captured. Interesting but not captivating. Just my opinion, of course.
