Michel, Unfortunately you can find images like this in most big cities but this one is a well composed, dramatic shot and the depth of field and lighting you have achieved adds to the feeling in the image. Congratulations on being willing and able to show a distressing but realistic view of the lives of some of the less fortunate. A great shot.

What makes this picture great is sympathy.

You were not just an other western tourist taking pictures of their misery from above, just writing down a scene of their poor and dirty world. No, you took your time, you got close enough, you kneel and you forced us in a way to become one with them.

Bravo.
