Against the odds

my friend called me to tell me there was a sunflower growing in the

alley behind his loft in downtown ann arbor, and that he thought it

would make a cool photo... i found it fascinating for some reason and

spent quite a bit of time with it

one of my other favorite shots of it was a close up with a bee on the

flower that i cross proccessed, and then printed the resulting slide

on ra 4 paper, ending up with a negative image in wild purples... of

course i can't put my hands on the slide or print now, grrrr
