Thanks for sharing.  So i pondered over this image a bit.  I like the action and the "in the moment" of the boy in the foreground.  I like the colors and exposure (though there a hot spot in the upper right corner).  I think there are areas that could have been executed a bit better.  First and foremost is the focus.  You've got deep DoF, but because of the focus point, i'm actually drawn more to the eyes of the boy hidden behind the clapping boy.  The cropping is not intimate enough to make a connection with the single clapping boy and not wide enough to get a feeling of the crowd, making the subject not as obvious.  I'm not too thrilled with girl's head being cropped just below her eyes at the top right and the back of the girl's head on the left.   I think that if you were to crop it much tighter to include the upper-left boy's face, down to just above the wrists of the clapping boy and immediately to the right of the boy in blue, it would be a MUCH more compelling and coherent image.
