Yesterday I was talking a walk in my home area of Candiac and I wanted to find something that I had not photographed before with a hint of Fall and I found this. Hope you like it!

Dear Tony,

Very successful use of 16mm. It lengthens the image and it looks like a "Highway to Heaven", well I personally prefer to... Hell :)

A 18mm would also make a great job.

That creeper! It fills my garden. It's "Grape of the Virgin", quinquefolia, five leaves, it's green in summer and in autumn is a burst of colours: oranges, yellows, reds ... very beautiful. I adore!. It has given me great joy to see. Keep in mind I'm in southern Spain, and the world is a handkerchief, after all. I'm showing you a photo of my garden in autumn.

Congratulations, kindest regards, Laura Marco

Hi Tony, well, you've had success looking for something beautiful and different to photograph. I really like the perspective of the image, the composition, and of course the touch of color of the leaves. Very well done!

Kind Regards,

Rosario.

Ruud - thanks.

Laura - Southern Spain - I hear the people there are very friendly and know how to live life fully.  The color in your garden is terrific and thanks for sharing.

Maurizio - thanks - glad that even though you focus on the 'capture' of pretty ladies that you can appreciate my 'art'.

Rosario - glad you liked it.

Karolos - I have not heard from you in a long time. Good to get your visit. Folks, please visit his images - he has - I believe - at least one image published in National Geographic.

This highway over-pass is relatively new, walking distance from where I live and goes over a 6 lane highway. My two granddaughters have different temperaments  - one was concerned about it disintegrating while we walked on it while the other was fearless and had total faith in the people who constructed this.

All the best and thanks for your visits and comments.

Beautiful capture! I love it when the roadsides and bridges are planted with vines and shrubs - not only does it add to the environment, but it's nice on the eye too! When I lived in the Los Angeles area, I remember the freeways brimming with beautiful blue plumbago vines and it was always so restful when stuck in dead traffic on the freeways during the commuter hours. Lovely image. Thank you for sharing. :)
