alf 0 Posted May 19, 2001 I took a roll of T-Max 3200 at the school play last Friday and just posted my favorite shots. I scanned the negatives with a Nikon negative scanner and did not digitally manipulate the images other than adjusting levels and cropping. Please let me know what you think of this and the other photos in the folder. I'd like to know which are your favorites and why. Also, I would greatly appreciate any comments on what I'm doing right or what I could do better. Thanks. -Greg Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 19, 2001 The three weeping women (I'm not familiar with the play) is my favorite. It just has the strongest composition and sense of drama. They are all good, though. Link to comment
john_karsten 0 Posted June 3, 2001 I like this one, 232243, and the three weeping women the best. Excellent job. I also shoot lots of theatre productions, and would be happy to have shot any of these. You have a great eye, and excellent exposure. Tech details? I assume you sued studio lighting on stage. alberto_rossi 0 Posted June 26, 2001 I like it a lot, both for composition and heavy contrast. The expression on her face is also very interesting. Nice shot! Link to comment
markus_arike 0 Posted June 26, 2001 This is one of the better images of the set. Nice vertical framing. Good job. Link to comment
alf 0 Posted November 10, 2003 Yes, all of the lighting was stage lighting. A flash would have been too obtrusive (though sometimes they let me use flash during dress rehearsals). Link to comment
