Castle morning

This shot was made this Sunday in the early morning when the sun was rising

behind the hill near the castle Strmol in Slovenia. I was suppose to have a model

and have a real shoot but she just didn't show up - she didn't feel fine. So we went

there with my husband to see what are the conditions (and of course they were

perfect for my kind of photography :(). But the good part is I did make a few morning

photos and this is one of them. I really like the mood of fog and dark.

Fog shots is a discipline in itself. You don't normally have much light to work with, and the sharp lines that can be used for expression and flashing are simply not there. You used all the tricks belonging to the art. And you did so well. I like the darknes and the pale colors. Great work.
