Apple for the Picking - Rougemont Quebec

This afternoon,  I traveled with a church group to pick apples from a farm in Rougemont Quebec where there is a large plant for converting apples into apple juice.

The travel time was about 40 minutes.  There is nothing as crisp, fresh and delicious as an apple just picked from the tree.

The camera balance control was set on sunlight even though it was cloudy and I found an apple that I could align with some yellow leaves in the background.

Now this is a photo to advertise apples Tony. The apple perfectly stands out from the warm background and its vivid red color creates a most appealing contrast with the rest of the image. As a matter of fact i think i am gonna go to the kitchen and get me an apple right now.
