I don't quite know how to describe the impression of this picture on me. It feels as if I was speeding along and then was brought unexpectedly to an abrupt halt. I think Scott's comment touched on that impression as well, of movement and stasis.

Thanks for your comments. At the foreground you see a part of a frame of a billbord. It is a vertical standig object. Above is the roof construction of the railway station. I like your interpretations.
