Guest Guest Posted September 21, 2003 Poor guy looks quite lost, but then I'm not surprised as he has to deal with Blair ... Tony Link to comment
nicolasbryant 0 Posted September 22, 2003 Yes I was surprised too to see my president, but apart from that this is a very strong and powerful picture. He really seems lost in his thoughts. the natural frame (of the blurry people?) is perfect, gives a feeling of stolen picture... Link to comment
artofheadshots 0 Posted September 23, 2003 EXCELLENT 7/7/ You captured him beautifully. I regret that some of the raters have not, ever attempted such photographs and therefore don't know how to appreciate yours. Good Work. Link to comment
trevor_hopkins 0 Posted September 23, 2003 Even if the subject wasn't so famous this would still be a great capture. Hemmed-in on both sides he looks like a troubled man imprisoned by his responsibilities, with the weight of the world on his shoulders. Link to comment

geert_vanden_wijngaert 0 Posted October 4, 2003 Hello Jeremy, I accept Photo.net is a photo critique site and isn't meant to ventilate hate or political thoughts. I suggest you take a look at some of my photo's here on photonet and you'll find quite some more critiques that are really not about the photo but about the subject. I'm a photojournalist and for me personnaly I don't give a damn about comments on the subject because that's what photojournalisme is all about...attracting peoples attention to something/someone in the news...bad or good news. If people feel they have to write they hate Chirac it's OK for me because it means they stopped at my pic and felt some emotions, so I made a succesful pic. Originality and Aesthetics is not my mayor goal, I'm interested in the impact of my pix. This said I wont argue anymore about this issue. All the best, Geert Link to comment
