Garrapata State Park Reserve

This image at this place goes back 25 years or so with me. Rain, and wet conditions ruled the time, and made for this extraordinary burst of flowers. I have been back every season since, and I've yet to see this phenomenon with the flowers. Could be, at this juncture with the drought as severe as it is, that we might never see this again. I hope to very much, but I don't know, things aren't looking good for water here in California.
