A little over saturated. I do like how the sun rays almost form a base for the sun to sit on and the exposure is perfect.

Dramatic, with the water at the base of the rocks superbly lit up.

I agree a bit over saturated but in a way a lot of people will like. HDRish like effect is within reasonable standards plus a well balanced result The shutter choice worked with respect to the waves and the mixed effect. The framing and composition is good.
