Nice BW!  Neat subjects.  Too bad the guy is staring right into the camera.  That really phonies up an otherwise neat street shot.

The guy on the bench looks like he's almost a mannequin as well. I agree with a few of the commentators, cool that he's looking right at you as is everything else.
