Brilliant use of photography's power to transform. There is surely some subversive humor - but you're revealing what all this surveillance is in the end. The camera pointing at me (the viewer) arrests and convicts for, well, just viewing.

I'm so glad you liked my little guardian eye and took the time to tell me so. Just remember this camera records impure thoughts as well as improper deeds, (I think my Catholic education is showing through again.)

Hello Jack:

A stopper! Looking through your several portfolios (always a refreshing experience), the thumbnail do this image immediately stopped all navigation...a most subtle and suggestive perception, turning an ordinary object into a totally different dimension....that of the mind and perception. Suggestion and reality are at odds and truly troubles (in a most positive way) the mind. The shadow is so magnificently handled that even when looking at the image up close, it still disturbs (again, positively) the viewer. And the title...welll...yet another brilliant spark.

Best personal regards.

DG
