I like how you freeze the wave at the moment of breaking over.

Maybe I am a little classical but I would try to take a slightly lower point of view to include more of the sky. I would also shift the little boat to one of the focal points of the rule of thirds.

But of course, this is just an opinion. Very nice picture in any case.
