matthew_range 0 Posted September 19, 2003 Just to let everyone know whats going on here. It's a tradtional japanese green tea. The leaves are ground to a powder with a mortor and then blended in hot water with a wooden wisk, hence the bubbles. The white thing next to it is a japanese sweet (basically sugar) with some gold flakes on it. You eat the sweet first and then drink the bitter tea. The two mix and contrast each other.....
