Green Tea on red carpet

Green tea. Looks more like paint to me. I'm trying to figure out what is next to the frothy concoction. Interesting shot. I like every thing, but what ever that is below the bubbles looks kinda toxic.

Just to let everyone know whats going on here. It's a tradtional japanese green tea. The leaves are ground to a powder with a mortor and then blended in hot water with a wooden wisk, hence the bubbles. The white thing next to it is a japanese sweet (basically sugar) with some gold flakes on it. You eat the sweet first and then drink the bitter tea. The two mix and contrast each other.....

I really like the shot as it is - the contrasting colors and the over exposure area, etc. Upon explaining what exactly it is, I appreciate it even more. Well done, and it works well with the description/actual shot!
