My favorite spider. One of the 5 pictures, this one seems to be the

best. I am scared to death of spiders so these pictures required a

LOT of courage on my part. Please be as critical as you can be, it

will be appreciated very much.

I took the picture by waiting for the spider to come to the center of the web and then repositioning myself so that the spider came between the camera and a lightbulb about 30 feet away, zoomed to about 200mm, focused manually, set the exposure and set off the self timer in the camera as I did not have a remote shutter release at that time.
