Hi Len. Here we call these birds "gallinazos". It is common to see them flying in circles. There are a couple of these birds, (not the same, they are similar, with black head) which for years visit my house, and sometimes land in the garden. At first it bothered me and bounced, but not anymore.

Yes, very similar.  Contrary to popular belief these are not 'birds of prey', rather carrion eaters.  (nothing to worry about unless they are constantly circling YOUR house :-)  ) Very beneficial to the environment.  Their feet are like a turkey's, no talons.  Ugly heads but beautiful when they soar.  I've seen them up close at a bird santuary.  Wingspans in excess of 6 ft.  Very impressive. I'm pleased that you like this one.  These low circling birds begged to be photographed.  That's where I came in.  :-)  I'm happy with the result but wish they had flown lower as I only have the kit 55-200 lens.   Best, LM.

This is a great capture of this fascinating birds. Miami has a Court House Down Town which attracts them all the time. Every time I visit DT I look up for this "Beauties". Warm regards.

Vultures?  Carrion eaters?  At the courthouse?  Do I detect a bit of tongue in your cheek?  :-)  On a serious note they have a beautiful side to them, their graceful, soaring flight.  Just would feel uneasy if they were constantly circling my house.  :-)  Best, LM.
