That bright red spot lower center is probably a dirt speck on your sensor.  Also I think this is a shot that a graduated neutral filter would do justice to.  It would darken the sky.  Nice composition and the lower half is really nice.

the red spot is because of light, if I keep my hand close to the lens it disappears, but it is danger of catching the hand in the photo ;)
