I like the color contrast in this.

This Photo was taken in the very early morning, I've cropped it a

little tighter, to bring the subject more in. Is it to much? Regards

Great texture. Maybe a little tight on the bottom and the left. The subject looking to the outside of the frame is a little disconcerting, if there was a little more to the left the subject would have something to look into. I wouldn't sacrifice the great swirls to the right though.

Beautiful light and texture, but I think the crop doesn't do the subject any favors. I don't know if you've got the full frame laying around somewhere, but working with just what you posted, I much prefer a square crop in this instance:

Or, if you want to get a little less traditional with the framing, maybe something like this. The point is, you need to move the duck out of the center of the frame.

 

Take all these suggestions with a grain of salt by the way... I'm a big fan of the square.
