I don't know, long hair & wearing his hat backward, could be dangerous.  In truth, the message is clear. I hope it sinks in where it'll do the most good.  Great street shot.  Don't know if I would be brave enough to wander those streets with the current prevailing atmosphere.  Great reward for your efforts though.  Best, LM.
