Bo Didley in Concert

Bo Didley! His guitar calls for a vertical composition so you can get it in the shot. Crutial for trademark items like that square guitar. Plus getting both hands in the frame makes a big difference.

I'd like to see the other hand and more of the guitar... background is simple and not distracting, the microphone definitely adds "realism". The composition works anyway (excellent for available light) Being a guitar player myself, I instinctively go to the hands... the subtle motion blur you captured on the fretboard makes me want to see more!

I appreciate the comments. I agree with the vertical guitar, and both hands. I think I posted one a while ago that met the criteria, I'll see if I can find it again.

Bo Didley in a picture "without" his guitar? Unheard of!

Next time get the whole guitar in the picture, it would give it more!
