I think than mainly the picture needs more window all over there, for the rock on FG to the sky.  Maybe for the sky you should be too many overexposed area on the upper right side; but maybe it worth it IMO.  I'd try too to up shadows a bit on the mountain.

There're my nits over the photo; which resume in "more open window".  5/7.

Beautiful light, and the motion in the water s "just right". I would have preferred a bit more detail in the yellow lichen (?) on the rock in the foreground. However, that diagonal patch of color does a nice job leading into the image.
