I would feel quite fulfilled to come home with an image like this.  The light is harsh but provides the all desired catch light in the eye.  Your chosen shutter speed did a great job in capturing the super fast beating wings though there is still a trace of motion there.  No deal breaker.  In fact a tad of motion there works in your favour I think.  Best, LM.
